We have also been hard at work on the visitors site as well. Recently we have been adding more information about the various benefits and services that Union Workers Credit Services has to offer. So please feel free to look around the website and check out some of the new and updated content.

Financial Tools at Union Workers Credit Services

One of the newest additions to the Union Workers Credit Services website (besides this blog), has been the Financial Tools section. Our aim in developing this section within the site is to provide a suite of interactive tools on the web that both members and visitors can use to better understand their financial situation and explore their options.

Some of the tools that we have recently added to this section include:

• The Compounding Interest Calculator: This tool allows you to determine what your return will be over a given period of time in an investment that utilizes compounding interest. It is great for highlighting the value of compound interest.
• The Miles Per Gallon Calculator: Remember when gas prices were going through the roof? They are still not that great, so this little tool will help you to determine just how many miles to the gallon your vehicle is getting, and estimate how much you are spending on gasoline per month and year. It is a bit of an eye opener!
• The Financial Health Calculator: This neat little tool provides you with a general overview of how healthy your financial situation is. You can get a financial checkup simply by providing it with your current income and debt level.

And that is just the beginning. We are priming up to release several new tools and calculators throughout the next year.
