Access the Union Workers Credit Services Member's Only website!

If you have recently received a Pre-Approval Letter from Union Workers Credit Services then you have the key to access the Member’s Only web site where you can view all of the information that is normally exclusive to our members. Including:

Browse through over sixty pages of the Union Workers Advantage catalog online.

Detailed information about the Privilege Card International Program including the ability to search discounted accommodation.

Information about the Local Merchant Discounts that members receive.

Member’s Finance Guide.

And much more!

To obtain your access to the Member’s Only website, have your Pre-Approval Letter handy and click here!

Where do I find my Approval Number?

If you have recently received a Pre-Approval Letter from Union Workers Credit Services, your Approval Number is located in two places on that letter as shown by the red circles below:

It will look similar to the following:

Well been trying and trying to log in with Membership # and low & behold no luck & Can't contact Customer Support !

I apologize for the difficulty that you are experiencing logging into the Union Workers Credit Services Members site.

To log into the Members site:

1. Go to the Members login page.
2. Enter the first 8 digits of your membership number.

Your membership number can be found on your Membership card that came with your Membership packet.

To view what you Membership card looks like, click here.

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties logging into the Member's Only section of our website.

The member number that you listed was slightly incorrect, and you only need to enter the first 8 digits to log in.

You correct member number is: 41624676

I tried contacting "costomer support" by telephone with no success; unless listenning to a recorded message about which buttons to push next is considered successful. After ten minutes of exploring each avenue the recorded voice had to offer I decided to check the blogs to see if anyone else has encountered the same problem. Is there any way of talking to a live person?

There are a few high call volume times when there is a small hold time before we are able to get to some of our Members calls, for that I apologize.

so far i have had a good experience with the privilege card. I ordered a camera and it was delivered ontime but the camera was defective, it wouldnt read my memory card and i tried different memory cards so it has to be the camera! what do I need to do?
